Trigger drip campaign using SendGrid when new users sign in for the first time

As a product owner,
I want to email new users with retro related content on an automated schedule,
So that they are reminded of the value of remote retro.

By Way Of Explanation: we don’t reach out to new users in a meaningfup way, which is problematic in that, even if someone tries RR and likes it, they might forget about it because life is busy. Simple reminders of existence can be huge for retention.

Acceptance Criteria:

• new users are migrated to a drip campaign using X external service
• new users receive 2 emails within the first month.

  • the importance of follow through on action items
