Extract further metadata from each target - column classes, dataframe counts, sizes #21

At the target level, this would include:

number of partitions,
potentially also the datatype/class of the target(/s)?

At the column level this would include

datatype/class of column
(potentially apply some mechanism for extracting some kind of overview for certain columns?
