Missing arguments in create_activity

create_activity is missing some arguments that are present in update_activity, such as private, commute, or gear_id.

hi there all 👋 @pedropombeiro i see you have 2 open issues! i'm checking in on this one as well given we had a significant API update recently. Similar to the other issue, please let us know if you are still encountering this issue using stravalib! If not, please let us know.

i'll close this issue if i haven't heard from you within a week. however we can always reopen if we discover it is a persistent bug or problem with our api!

actually looking at this again @yihong0618 is this actually a bug that you looked into and that we could potentially fix? i haven't tested this one so i don't want to close it if it's actually something we can address.
