Confusing create_subscription documentation

"The appliction must have permission to make use of the webhook API. Access can be requested by contacting developers -at- strava.com" https://pythonhosted.org/stravalib/api.html#stravalib.client.Client.create_subscription
I sent an email to Strava and I got an auto-response telling me to use Strava API Google Groups.
And there's no such a thing in Strava Webhook API documentation.
Can you clarify this because I'm unable to create a subscription.

hey @sinancetinkaya i'm working through old issues and this one is a few years old now. Have you tried to use the new create_subscription method in the new API? We've made some changes but this is not an area of the API that i've played with.

If you still have questions we can leave this open and discuss! However, because it's an old issue i'll close it in a week if we haven't heard from you.
