Error in codeql GitHub workflow #65

Describe the bug
The codeql workflow is failing because the slack_webhook_url is not specified.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Action' tab in repositry
Click on any workflow which has been triggered.
Scroll down to 'Annotations'
See error

Expected behavior
In config/config.ini.example the slack_webhook_url is not passed.

It will be resolved by specifying the url.
