NOTICE: Strapi 5 bug reports and issue template

As a reminder to everyone, we are very open to Strapi 5 beta bug reports (in fact we really do want you to submit them).

However YOU MUST follow the bug report template, yes even for the simple stuff, we are not trying to be difficult on this but many individuals (both technical and non-technical) read all of these and try to help triage, route them to the right team, etc and not following the template makes it A LOT harder.

We will close bug reports that don't follow the template, regardless if it's a valid bug. We have to review hundreds of GitHub issues and the few minutes you spend filling out the template saves us a lot of precious time.
