Newly created app just doesn't work. API throw 404 error for global endpoint.

Possible issue: the OOTB content types are not visible in Roles -> permissions.

Spend too much time on this. Do not use those templates...

You are right, but we are also a comunnity.
Perhaps we could also contribue or gather, in order to keep this starters running

I am not a great developer myself but I know how to do a good report.

At least, not judging, I try to keep an eye and help out when I know the answer.

Else I might as well leave Strapi myself.
Will update to latest release this week and let you know if it's useable or not.
