Upgrade versions need to include a line that tells you to delete node_modules

Describe the bug

It is not enough to change versions and then run npm i as the instructions suggest.

You need to instruct the developer to remove the node_modules folder before running npm i.

The reason for this is that when running the npm run build command the terminal throws this error which has no obvious or clear solution. Deleting node_modules and then installing works.
