Can't upload content to GCP bucket

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
I can upload files to a bucket on GCP cause google auth token (https://www.googleapis.com/oauth2/v4/token) doesn't response properly
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to plugins.js on config folder
2. Use a client account with OAuth 2.0
3. Start the project on development mode
4. See error

Expected behavior
Be capable of upload files to GCP bucket
