When creating a custom conf for for the Windows Qt wallet, setting -datadir has no affect. The default directory selected during initial loading takes precedence.

Whilst you can call the wallet with -choosedatadir to change the default directory, it would be great to be able to set it via conf and have this value override the default directory.
