Author: the Editors should be relocated above the main window as tabs

Instead of menu items, the Big Five Editors should be selectable via an always-visible horizontal row of tabs situated between the menus and the main window (below the toolbar, if any), each with the background color of its respective window.

1. Add tab area just underneath toolbar area
2. Create Verb, Actor, Stage, Prop tabs. Clicking on tabs displays selected editor
3. Remove Verb, Actor, Stage, Prop menu items from Editors menu

Maybe instead of tabs underneath the toolbar we should just add editor buttons to the existing toolbar.

Update: No, toolbar icons are for immediate actions on the "selection."
