The game was developed from 2003 to 2010 and was rewritten 3 times, as a result, it was never released. The game was originally developed by Akella Studio. In 2007, 1C bought Akella and renamed it 1C Sea Wolf.
Then the most interesting thing happened. Akella company gave the rights to publish the game outside the Russian Federation to the Dutch company Playlogic (now does not exist), and when Akella was sold to 1C, this fact was not taken into account. According to rumors, this became the subject of a conflict between 1C and Playlogic, and the reason for not releasing the finished game. Unfortunately, there is no official information on this whole story, we only assume and build conspiracy theories.
