AC:

  • Move featured app (Uplink) to the top of the "All" list on the Applications page, regardless of sorting order (searching or filtering can hide it)
  • Rename title to "Storj Uplink CLI"
  • Change Uplink description on Applications page to something like "Official Storj command-line application that allows you to access, upload, download, and manage your data."
  • Update docs link to https://docs.storj.io/dcs/api/uplink-cli/installation
