See "File Overwrite Warning" in vuetify repo: src/components/UploadOverwriteWarningDialog.vue

If uploading a file with a duplicate name to an unversioned bucket, display this dialog

Ensure that user is properly warned if multiple files have duplicate names during multi-file uploads
