Objective:

follow up to #391. Additional requirements are needed should the https://storjlabs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/OPS/pages/2728001548/Gateway+Troubleshooting be used for self-service troubleshooting

AC:

What additional information is needed in the document above:

  • How to configure - ex. what to put in the region field
  • Internet connectivity and bandwidth of the client
  • Firewall and ports
  • Domain blocklists on enterprise networks
  • Error codes and what they mean
