Der Free Plan von Phrase ist etwas limitierend. Eventuell wäre https://weblate.org/en-gb/features/ etwas?

Grundsätzlich, wenn Violaine mit den YAML-Files klar kommt, bräuchte es so einen Service auch gar nicht.
