Does this patch potentially could work with the 3.4 kernel for the nanopiduo2 ?
The pinouts clearly shows cvbs output pin 24 but no signal is emmited.

No idea. I am not an expert on the TV out on these chips. It should work on any H2+/H3 but I don't know if there are any gotchas that make different boards, different.
