Kalibrate rtl and grgsm #44

I'm trying to use kal to get the right frequency my pcs1900 device is on but nothing tends to show up I can get gsm900 info etc but I run

Kal -s 1900 and I get nothing what seems to be the issue

Grgsm_scanner works fine tbh
