I get this file ,but some value of bootstrap are -1. I do not know what is the reason and how to explain it and work it if it is a fault.
Following is code :phyml -i combind2.phy -d nt -n 1 -b 1008 --run_id TIM1+G -m 012230 -f m -v e -c 4 -a e --no_memory_check -o tlr -s BEST
