Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

No ability to change the settings folder location! (came upon this problem while trying to fix issue #1308)

Note: If the ability exists - Where and How?

Describe the solution you'd like

Users should have the ability to change the SETTINGS FOLDER location at will.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Changing the name of the base StaxRip install folder to force the activation of the SETTINGS FOLDER LOCATION dialog or installing a new version are the only ways to change the location of the SETTINGS FOLDER.

Explain why the feature matters to you

Users need the OPTIONAL ability to change the location of the SETTINGS FOLDER without going through an extraordinary process.

Additional context

Install of a new version (or folder rename) should not be the only ways to choose the SETTINGS FOLDER location. This should be an optional USER ability.

Generally there would be no reason to do that.

And in case you want/need to do it, you can quickly rename the folder, start and close StaxRip, rename it back.
More experienced Windows users can use RegEdit and navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\StaxRip\SettingsLocation to adjust the path(s).

Maybe one day I might implement it, but there are more important features to do first.
