Re-encoding multiple videos - currently loaded project

Describe the bug
Re-encoding multiple files with the same template

1. Load a project template (not the Startup template)
2. Drag-n-drop a file to re-encode (or source open)
3. Add job
4. Close Job window
5. Drag-n-Drop (or source open) a second file (to re-encode with the currently loaded template)
   NOTE: the previously (manually) loaded template is still loaded/active
6. StaxRip does not use the currently loaded template - It reverts to the "Load at Startup" template.

Expected behavior
StaxRip should use the currently loaded template for subsequently loaded files, not revert back to startup template
StaxRip should only load/use the "Startup template" at startup.
