Feature Issue

User Story

As a user, I want to be able to send a token to a multichain address with specific preferred networks where the token is not deployed so that receiver can receive the tokens on other supported networks.

Description

Acceptance Criteria

Flow is implemented properly and user is able to send tokens to the receiver address but on other supported networks for the token.
