[Feature] Filter scenes by has marker with specific primary tags

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently it is only possible to filter scenes that have any marker, however markers have a mandatory primary tag. It would be great if the "has markers" filter could be expanded to allow to filter specifically for scenes with markers of a specific primary tag

Describe the solution you'd like
Instead of a true/false selection in the "has markers" filter, allow the user to further specify what primary tags the markers should have.
The UI for this could be like the tags filter where it is possible to select from a list of tags (include, exclude, null, not null, etc.)
