Feature - Emily POST API Calls

1. Description

Handle the POST API calls that update the API state. Use details from LLD here

1.1 Context & Purpose

Emily has some Create API calls that use the POST http method. This ticket is to add the create functionality.

2. Technical Details:

Emily needs to be able to create the different artifacts on a POST call.

2.1 Acceptance Criteria:

  • CreateDeposit is done
  • CreateWithdrawal is done
  • CreateChainstate is done.
