This is coming in from a user in support who has been sent a link to this issue to add to. I will add anything else in here that they send to support.

I tried to view the Secret Recovery Key. I was able to see something that could be construed as a key. However, clicking continue yielded a confirmation dialog that was ambiguous and didn't seem to end. It requested me to pick words #n and #m from a 3 x 4 matrix of words. It was not clear in what order one should count and the result will vary depending on the order chosen. In any event, clicking what I thought were the appropriate words just prompted a follow-on dialog requesting the same thing but with different word numbers. This continued apparently indefinitely. I finally gave up reaching a conclusion and clicked the back arrow until I could cancel the process.

This really isn't helpful.

I'm on a current Windows 10 OS (not the developer version) and using Brave. I tried turning off the shields on the site to see if that worked. No joy.

Not sure where he is seeing this, we do not have that functionality in the browser, I think the user may be confused. Is there a screenshot?

User mentioned it will likely be a long time before they send a screenshot as this is not a priority for them
