Description of the problem/feature request
Even if sarif will be the standard in test result formats in the future, currently junit is a de facto standard. It is supported in nearly every CI/CD solution out of the box. So it would be great to see, that kube-linter also supports junit output.

@janisz unfortunatelly I haven't written a line of go code in my life. Maybe there is someone else with some go knowledge who could write the junit output.
