This PR does:

switch from requests to httpx for ingest (closes Released Docker images missing requests package #24)
add unicorn CMD in docker directly (for more customization)
update to Python 3.11

Oh I forgot about the everything in makefile 😬

I guess to achieve what I need (a Dockerfile without any extra/useless package) it will require to many change how the CI/repo is organized 😓
