Usage of cloneNode interferes with custom elements

HTMLCS uses element.cloneNode(true) in 2 locations which triggers custom element callbacks. This is solely used to generate a string approximating the source code of the element. A possible fix may just be detecting a - in the node name, afaik only custom elements use this.
