Databend CI failing

The Databend CI tests currently fail, since SQLancer seems unable to connect to Databend:

@hanyisong, do you have an ideas what the issue could be?

I tested it manually and found that there is no problem with databend version 0.8, but this problem will occur in version 0.9.
