Preview mode issue when filtering and overwrite=FALSE #374

When data is not overwritten when filtered, the preview mode thinks that the data that it is plotting is already filtered, while it is not.
In other words: preview mode plots the original data, not the filtered data, which is saved in another file by SC if overwrite=FALSE.
