I am trying to sort data from Behnke Fried contacts. However, the exact or even approximate geometry of the contacts is unable to be determined, so I left unable to design a probe file.
I am wondering if anyone has had a similar issue and how they solved it, whether by creating a dummy probe file (if so, with what parameters) or by getting spyking-circus to run without a probe.
The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:
If you don't know the positions of your electrodes, just put dummy values
(and even close from each others, i.e. in a 100um radius). Because if by
any chance they happen to be close enough, with some spatial redundancies,
the code will find it and make use of this information for the templates.
Best
