Add tags to folders that represent specific projects. Now that custom actions are supported for opening specific applications it would be helpful if indexed folders were tagged with the project or type they represent. Example open obsidian would be a helpful action for an obsidian folder while vs code would be useful for a vs code project
Note this issue originated from issue #4
