Using incompatible (latest) version of docker-api if on system #22

spurious-server was failing to create the containers.

Uninstalling my local 1.20.0 version of docker-api and installing 1.19.0 fixed my particular instance of the issue.

Having the spurious-server binstub run the application under Bundler might be a solution to assist in pinning compatible versions down.
