Hi, I am Stefano Balietti, computational social scientist and open source developer.

In my research, I study human behavior in virtual environments with the nodeGame framework, which I have created and continuously improved over the past 9 years.

The nodeGame framework allows for real-time experimental research, scaling up the of study human behavior in large groups and social networks.

With nodeGame, myself and other researchers around the world can study fundamental social problems, such as cooperation and altruism, preferences for socio-economic inequalities and redistribution, or affective polarization.

The nodeGame framework was featured in several academic conferences, as well as in this Linux.Com article.

Other open source contributions include: the Drupal module Patterns, and the Garch-in-Gretl (GiG) plugin for Gretl.

nodeGame needs your support to stay alive and being always at the cutting edge of the technology for online experimentation.

Whether you make a monthly contribution of $100 or $1, your pledge is appreciated. Your contribution will help a growing number of academic researchers to carry out online experiments and bring about scientific progress in the field of behavioral sciences.

Thank you always,

Stefano Balietti, creator and lead developer of nodeGame
