I am a mathematician and psychologist by training and a Bayesian statistician at heart. In my work as a researcher and software developer, I strive to make advanced Bayesian statistical methods available to everyone, most noticably in the form of my open source R package brms (https://github.com/paul-buerkner/brms).

By supporting me as a GitHub sponsor, you are supporting the continuous maintenance and further developement of brms and related software which help researchers and practioners all around the world in obtaining robust Bayesian inference from their data.

Thank you for supporting my work on open source software!

I am still figuring out this tier system. Let me know if you have any requests or suggestions for what benefits could look like for potential higher tiers and what the value for those higher tiers should be. I'll have a think about it, and if I like any of the ideas, mabye I'll add them. :-)
