This is Nico from Berlin, author and maintainer of many well-known Python packages. If you work in numerical analysis, you probably know who I am.

Coming from mathematics (PDEs are my friends), I started out with Fortran 👴🏻, MATLAB, and C++, then got hooked on Python many years ago. This helps me keep my software simple and easy to use. I'm especially proud that many of my users are nontechie.

I'm good at
