My name is Gavin Jaeger-Freeborn.

I am a Unix fanatic from Canada with a love of programming. I mostly program in C, C++, Java and, even Troff. I am currently studying software engineering at the University of Victoria. I also run an active YouTube Channel (Gavin Freeborn) where I talk about Programming, Open Source Software, Linux, Troff, and much more. My goal is to spread awareness and knowledge about lesser known Software and Programming languages from both the past and the future. Sometimes software can age like fine wine.
