For decades, we received generous support from arts organizations and did amazing things. Now we are reaching out to the technology community as we drag Humanities out of the dark ages an onto the Internet. Because, wow, it's rough out there.

Our Mission

To encourage the creation of work using new electronic media technologies.

To honor independent media art through partnerships which address the need for research, education and preservation.

To advocate for the sharing and equitable and transparent distribution of information, research and art.
