I'm Vijay Anand E G, a software professional with over a decade of working experience in .NET based out of Chennai, a southern city in India.

And the area of expertise spans Desktop, Web, Mobile, and more (PDF, Windows Services, MQ, to name a few).

My passion for creating Apps started with Xamarin.Forms, the cross-platform UI framework that allows the development of Mobile Apps with native UI in C# and XAML primarily targeting iOS and Android.

Now, .NET MAUI, an evolution of Xamarin.Forms, the next generation cross-platform UI framework that allows the development of Mobile and Desktop Apps with native UI in C# and XAML targeting iOS, Android, macOS, Tizen, and Windows.

And Blazor, a full-stack Web development framework that allows writing the entire Web application in C# (with little or no JavaScript).

And when these two modern frameworks are put together make programming a delight.

As a contributor to the open-source community, a proud owner and maintainer of various repositories that publish them as NuGet and VS extensions for working with .NET MAUI and Blazor, including the most popular .NET MAUI Project and Item Templates, which is recognized as one of the Top Free Extensions for Visual Studio 2022 by Visual Studio Magazine, an acclaimed tech site.
