I'm a researcher and graduate student at University of São Paulo (USP) and a package developer at the rOpenSci Initiatve. I work with chronobiology and bioinformatics on the following lines of research: computational biology; analysis of biological time series; and ecology of sleep and circadian phenotypes.

Part of my work is creating new tools for dealing with chronobiology data. I do this mainly by creating open-source and peer-reviewed R packages like mctq and actverse.
