At Tampa Devs, we are a community of software developers who strive to grow together and achieve our goals. As we continue to expand and grow, we are facing challenges in funding. Venue costs are rising to accommodate our growing member base and the cost of living in Tampa is increasing, making it difficult to cover expenses such as food and event materials. Additionally, hosting hackathons is a significant financial undertaking, and we cannot host another this year without additional funding support.

Our leadership team, Vincent Tang and Charlton Trezevant, have been personally investing in Tampa Devs because we believe in the mission we set out to achieve. We recognize the importance of community support and the role it played in our own careers, and we want to pay it forward by providing support and resources to others.

As a 501c3 (pending) nonprofit, we are committed to making a positive impact in the Tampa Bay tech community. Our goals include offering scholarships for those in financial need, providing monetary and logistical support to specialized tech meetups, and much more. But we need your help to make this happen.
