My name is Jan Dvorak, I'm a Meteor.js community developer & aspiring sci-fi writer. My main focus is on maintenance and further development of Meteor framework ☄️ , community packages and socialize packages which give you the basic features needed to create social applications. Beside that I help to maintain the Meteor community activities like Meteor Impact and Meteor Meetups and am building Literary Universe ✏️ so that I can write my stories in a way that I want instead of the traditional way from last century and try out new Meteor goodies.

So what is this all about? In short I love FOSS and the community and my goal is to work on FOSS full time. To that end I'm currently building Socialize-started, a starter kit which implements all of socialize packages and accounts packages, which will be the first sponsorware that I will offer. After that I will build a site using Socialize-starter that will host all my screencasts and offer you to suggest and vote on what I should do next. I hope you will join me on this journey. 🙇‍♂️
