Supporter Recognition 🏅

Certain Sponsor Tiers will earn you and your team a shoutout in one of our projects of your choice's release notes, Supporter section of the project readme, or our website.

We reserve the right to veto inclusion of specific names, logos, and outbound links - for example (but not limited to) those promoting illegal goods or services. Whenever possible, we will work with you to find an amenible alternative to this perk.

Priority Issue Resolution 🔝

Certain Sponsor Tiers will grant priority resolution - within reason - for any GitHub issues/ feature requests you open in any of our project repos.

Please note that our GitHub issue trackers may be used only for bugs and feature requests directly related to our projects, and not for customization requests or issues with 3rd-party plugin compatibility.

One-On-One Chat Support 💬

Certain Sponsor Tiers provide one-on-one chat support via Slack or Discord. Support is limited to troubleshooting and usage, and does not include customization requests or resolving issues with 3rd-party plugins.

Support hours allocated from monthly Sponsor Tiers do not carry over to future months.

Site-specific Plugin Customization 🛠

Certain Sponsor Tiers offer customization to help tailor our projects to your specific website and business needs, such as exposing custom WPGraphQL fields and connection filters, altering mutations, and basic site-specific compatibility issues.

Custom WPGraphQL Development Work 🏗

In addition to troubleshooting and plugin customization, we offer hourly WPGraphQL development work. To discuss your project and specific needs, please contact us before making a contribution.

Ecosystem Contribution 🌐

A rising tide lifts all boats, which is why many of our Support Tiers allocate additional time to contributing back to WPGraphQL core and other open-source plugins in the growing Headless WP ecosystem, including at least 15 minutes of public development work for every hour of one-on-one support / custom work we provide.

Whenever possible, we coordinate our public contributions with plugin owners and maintainers to ensure your support is directly translated to meaningful and tangible improvements.
