I am Alexandre Juca, I am Software Engineer with more than 7 years of experience in the field. Lately I think a lot about functional programming and scalable systems and currently enjoy making interesting open source projects.
As an avid opensourcerer I love talking about open source and inspiring others to do it if they can. I run a yearly conference for The Association of Angolan Programmers and we have had the honor of having José Valim, the creator of Elixir, Bjarne Stroustrup the creator of C++, Guido Von Rossum and many other engineers from companies like Google, Microsoft etc. We are a small team and doing our bit of inspiring African developers to improve themselves and to learn from very experienced engineers.
This will allow me continuously work on interesting open source projects and use the funds to cover server and other costs that these projects need.
