Using plantuml_latex_output_format='pdf' configuration, generated pdf output is hardly visible: both the title and internal group/loop sections are rendered as black frame.

How to solve this problem? Is there anything wrong with my setting?
Current Readme tells

Because embedded png looks pretty bad, it is recommended to choose pdf for pdflatex or eps for platex.
