[bug] Quest searching is Case-Sensitive #732

Describe the bug
When searching a quest or tome name, the query has to be case sensitive. This isn't an urgent issue but for convenience

To Reproduce

Create a quest named: "Snagging hist files"
When you search "sn" - Nothing is returned
When you search "Sn" - quest/tome name is returned

Expected behavior
Searching a quest both in lowercase or uppercase should return the expected result.
