When adding antemortem trauma to an element, I did not select a zone to attach it to (according to business rules for the Myitkyina project). In peer review, the zone appears to have automatically defaulted to zone 1, which was incorrect.

We should be able to leave zone blank on this page, similar to how we are able to select a score for distal epiphyseal closure but leave proximal epiphyseal closure blank in the McKern and Stewart method.

As this bug crosses multiple user experiences, and the problem was later fixed so that the zone was not incorrect, I do not have screenshots for this issue.
