XML tag on one level with the same name

Hello.
Is there any way to build XML like this one?

<some>
    <recipient>lara@gmail.com</recipient>
    <text>Hello, Lara</text> 
    <recipient>vel@gmail.com</recipient>
    <text>Hello, Vel</text> 
</some>

Because of we can't use the same array keys in one array I can't build such a XML.

It should work like this:

$array['some'] = [
    ['__custom:recipent:1] => "lara@gmail.com",
    ['__custom:text:1] => "Hello, Lara",
    ['__custom:recipent:2] => "vel@gmail.com",
    ['__custom:text:2] => "Hello, Vel",
  ];
