Investigate Tags Support

WordPress comes with the ability to use tags for posts and custom post type posts, but our theme does not support many ways to utilize these tags aside from the basic tag pages that display posts with a specific tag. Therefore, this issue should investigate the following:

• Is there a way to enhance tag usage that feels like it's within the scope of this project? For example, can we integrate tags into menus or widgets?
• At a minimum, the documentation should include information on tag usage.
