[Question]: PyPI release 0.2.8 and corresponded version tag on GitHub 0.2.7

Hi,

During monthly update of all astronomical packages in Guix, I've noticed that
the source tarbal distributed via PyPI and the latest GitHub versioned tag are
not the same.

PyPI:
